Our guarantee is simple. We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will refund your product purchase price (less any bank charges if purchased with a credit card ) on its return within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for registered postage charges.

Top quality materials and workmanship have been used in the manufacture of our products.

If your purchase is faulty due to our workmanship we will replace the item at no cost to you.

If however, you modify or use your purchase for a purpose it was not designed , the guarantee will become void.

Wooden handles are a consumable product. We do not guarantee them unless there is obvious evidence of a fault in the timber. Over striking or levering with an axe handle is bound to break it!

Most importantly we want all of our customers to be happy, so any problems please let us know first and we will do everything we can to help.

Shipping Policy:

We use Australia Post for most deliveries – a tracking number allows you to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.We will email you to let you know this tracking number once the parcel has been posted.

Larger parcels will arrive via a courier.

We have most items in stock at all times, however , please allow 10 working days for delivery within Australia.

Our axe range is made to order so please allow 14 working days for delivery within Australia.

We will always let you know how your parcel will arrive and when to expect it.
