Series One Knockabout axe with spotted gum handle and leather sheath. Number 600 . Engraved with 30 years to celebrate our 30th year in business. These were sand cast and were released in 2002. They are some castings we were holding onto but are offering a very limited amount (10) of these to celebrate. These are the last series one Knockabouts except for our personal axes and will not be cast again as there are no facilities left in Australia to cast them that we can find. This is a rare opportunity to grab a Series one to complete your collection.
Made using Nickle Chrome Moly which is incredibly hard wearing and holds an edge for a very long time. Cutting face has been forged (hammered) and then ground, shaped and sharpened by hand by Steve and Matt . Father and Son tradesman team.
